Terms of Use for MyVlorë

By using the MyVlorë mobile application ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. About the App

MyVlorë is a free travel guide for Vlorë, Albania. It provides information about local venues including beaches, restaurants, hotels, attractions, and nightlife.

2. Information Accuracy

We work to keep venue information accurate, but we do not guarantee that all details (hours, prices, availability) are current. Always verify critical information directly with the venue.

3. User-Generated Content (Reviews)

When you submit a review, you agree that:

• The review is your own honest experience.
• You will not submit content that is abusive, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
• You will not impersonate other people or businesses.
• You will not submit spam, advertising, or content unrelated to the venue.
• You will not submit fake or misleading reviews.
• We may remove any review at any time, at our discretion, especially in response to user reports.

By submitting a review, you grant MyVlorë a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and translate your review within the app.

4. Reporting and Moderation

If you see a review that violates these terms, use the report function on the review. We aim to review reports within 24 hours and will remove content that violates these terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the app's operation.
• Use automated systems to submit content or scrape data.
• Resell or commercially redistribute information from the app without permission.

6. Third-Party Services

The app links to external services such as Booking.com. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

7. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of information, or freedom from errors. Your use of the app is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyVlorë and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania.
